About us

HOME trust is a child focus charitable organization initiated to create a homely haven for desperate and vulnerable pastoralist children in need of care and education. It emphasizes and gives an upper arm to many of children orphaned by the AIDs epidemic. It's an educational pursuit providing sponsorship and other resources to vulnerable children, necessary for the realization of better destinies. We are dedicated to the elimination of the facets of school dropouts by providing help and guidance to orphans.

Today, there are millions of children in underdeveloped countries who have no parents, food, clothing, or access to medical or emotional care. While the majority of these children are dying from malnutrition, their living conditions are so poor that even diaper rash can be deadly. This situation is not isolated; in fact, it is growing at an ever-increasing pace. The sub-Saharan Africa countries have the highest people living with HIV virus in the world. This shows that the number of destitute children and families will be of untold magnitude in the near future. Laikipiak Maasai orphans are among those who are seriously affected.

In contrast, there are thousands of families in developed countries trying to support. However, they are faced with a complicated and cost prohibitive supporting process. This gap continues to widen as more children die and families struggle to find the resources to support.

HOME is dedicated to facilitate an entry point to the Laikipiak Maasai orphans. Majority of these orphans are due HIV/AIDS.
